H5N1 flu appears in Quang Binh

Nhan Dan - Afternoon 16-7, the Veterinary Department of Quang Binh province, said test results on dead ducks in two districts of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh showed that H5N1 flu appears in Quang Binh.


From 13-7 to date, raising ducks in the local Son Thuy, Loc Thuy (Le Thuy), Security (Quang Ninh) abnormal mass death.

Quang Binh Department of Animal Health and Agriculture and Rural Development districts coordinate taken on the samples sent for testing dead birds and concluded positive for H5N1.

Quang Binh Department of Animal Health is cooperating with the local implementation of siege and destruction of infected ducks, spray chemical disinfectants service areas and areas appear neighboring organizations to prevent and means movement of poultry in the infected areas.
