Dien Bien: current third bird flu outbreak

 As of this moment, bird flu is spreading strong. . Specifically, appearing three major outbreak in the communes of Thanh Yen, Do Luong (Dien Bien) and Nam Thanh ward (Ho Dien Bien Phu), with over seven thousand infected poultry.
 From the beginning of the year, Dien Bien district and city.  Dien Bien Phu outbreak appears more consecutive farms that were difficult.  To reduce damage to livestock when infected poultry, Dien Bien province has directed the Department of Finance in collaboration with the Agriculture and Rural Development can assist households infected poultry destroyed in accordance of the State.
