Cases of New Deadly Bird Flu Surge in China, Experts Say

Cases of the new H7N9 avian influenza in China are surging alarmingly, flu experts warned this week.
There are now about 300 confirmed cases, with more appearing every day. Roughly a quarter of the victims have died.
The first human cases were reported only last March. By contrast, the H5N1 influenza virus, another lethal strain that jumped from birds to people, first appeared in 2003 and took almost five years to reach the 300-case mark.

“H7N9 is blowing right by H5N1,” said Michael T. Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I’m really worried about that.”
At the same time, an even newer avian flu in China has killed its first human victim. That strain, known as H10N8, has been confirmed in only two people — a 73-year-old woman who died in December but whose infection was confirmed later, and a 55-year-old woman from the same province hospitalized in January. Both had contact with live poultry.
(Influenzas are described by the shapes of two protuberances on their surfaces: the hemagglutinin “spike,” or “H,” that attaches to cells, and the neuraminidase “helicopter,” or “N,” that chops off receptors, allowing new viruses to escape. There are 18 known types of H and 11 of N.)
While the newer influenza virus is worrisome, a mere two cases is “a far, far cry” from the risk posed by H7N9, said Ruben Donis, chief of preparedness for the flu division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He noted that the H7N9 virus had infected people in 10 Chinese provinces and was close to the borders of Vietnam, Cambodia and other poor Southeast Asian nations less adept than China at flu surveillance.

Birds appear to be spreading the H7N9 virus more through their breath than through feces, the normal infection route, Dr. Osterholm said, which means that fecal-sample testing in live markets may miss cases.
Monitoring the spread of the H7N9 and H10N8 viruses is difficult because neither makes chickens sick. Poultry farmers resist testing because a positive test forces them to destroy flocks that appear healthy. By contrast, the H5N1 virus rapidly kills flocks, so farmers want it extinguished.
Although human-to-human transmission of the H7N9 virus has not been confirmed, there have been clusters of two or three cases within families.
Because some relatives were reported to have developed symptoms days later than others, Henry L. Niman, a flu watcher in Pittsburgh who monitors news reports, said the most likely explanation was that they infected each other.
Dr. Osterholm disagreed, saying family members could have been exposed to the same birds but fallen ill on different days.  http://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/05/health/cases-of-new-deadly-bird-flu-surge-in-china-experts-say.html?_r=0

Human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9) virus – update

Disease outbreak news
On 4 February 2014, the National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) of China notified WHO of eight additional laboratory-confirmed cases of human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9) virus, including two deaths. .

Details of the cases are as follows

Six of the cases are male. The age range is 4 to 84 years old. Cases were reported from Zhejiang (4), Guangdong (3) and Jiangsu (1). Three cases are currently in a critical condition, two cases are currently in a severe condition and one is currently in a mild condition. All cases are reported to have had a history of exposure to poultry or a live poultry market.
  • A 42 year-old man from Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, who became ill on 25 January and was admitted to hospital on 30 January. He is currently in a severe condition. The patient has a history of exposure to poultry.
  • An 84 year-old man from Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, who became ill on 24 January and was admitted to hospital on 28 January. He is currently in a critical condition. The patient has a history of exposure to poultry.
  • A 56 year-old man from Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, who became ill on 24 January and was admitted to hospital on 1 February. He is currently in a severe condition. The patient has a history of exposure to a live poultry market.
  • A 51 year-old man from Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, who became ill on 27 January and was admitted on 1 February. He is currently in a critical condition. The patient has history of exposure to a live poultry market.
  • A 4 year-old girl from Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, who became ill on 26 January and was admitted to hospital on 3 February. She is currently in a mild condition. The patient has a history of exposure to live poultry.
  • A 76 year-old man from Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, who became ill on 27 January and was admitted to hospital on 1 February. He died on 3 February. The patient had a history of exposure to live poultry.
  • A 52 year-old man from Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, who became ill on 25 January and was admitted to hospital on 2 February. He died on 3 February. The patient had a history of exposure to live poultry.
  • A 59 year-old woman from Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, who became ill on 26 January and was admitted to hospital on 29 January. She is currently in a critical condition. The patient has history of exposure to a live poultry market.
So far, there is no evidence of sustained human-to-human transmission.
The Chinese Government continues to take the following surveillance and control measures:
  • strengthen surveillance and situation analysis;
  • reinforce case management and treatment;
  • conduct risk communication with the public and release information;
  • strengthen international collaboration and communication; and
  • conduct scientific studies.

Sporadic human cases

While the recent report of avian influenza A(H7N9) virus being detected in live poultry imported from the mainland to Hong Kong SAR, shows the potential for the virus to spread through live poultry, at this time there is no indication that international spread of avian influenza A(H7N9) has occurred through humans or animals.
Further sporadic human cases of A(H7N9) infection are expected in affected and possibly neighbouring areas, especially given expected increases in the trade and transport of poultry associated with the Lunar New Year.

WHO advice

WHO advises that travellers to countries with known outbreaks of avian influenza should avoid poultry farms, or contact with animals in live bird markets, or entering areas where poultry may be slaughtered, or contact with any surfaces that appear to be contaminated with faeces from poultry or other animals. Travellers should also wash their hands often with soap and water. Travellers should follow good food safety and good food hygiene practices.
WHO does not advise special screening at points of entry with regard to this event, nor does it currently recommend any travel or trade restrictions.
As always, a diagnosis of infection with an avian influenza virus should be considered in individuals who develop severe acute respiratory symptoms while travelling or soon after returning from an area where avian influenza is a concern.
WHO encourages countries to continue strengthening influenza surveillance, including surveillance for severe acute respiratory infections (SARI) and to carefully review any unusual patterns, in order to ensure reporting of human infections under the IHR (2005), and continue national health preparedness actions.

Made for China? Research Says H7N9 Flu Virus Confined Only to Chinese

OK..If you say so...

By Esther Tanquintic-Misa | February 4, 2014 4:59 PM EST
Because of a susceptibility gene, emerging and getting rampant H7N9 flu virus may only infect residents of China.
A report published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases by Dr David Hui of the Chinese University of Hong Kong said H7N9 flu virus spreads easily and more among the Chinese because of the IFITM3 gene (interferon-induced transmembrane protein-3 gene).
REUTERS Health officials in protective suits put a goose into a sack as part of preventive measures against the H7N9 bird flu at a poultry market in Zhuji, Zhejiang province January 5, 2014. The local government ordered all live poultry be killed at two markets in Zhuji after a 34-year-old woman was confirmed to be infected with the H7N9 virus on Saturday, local media reported. Picture taken January 5, 2014.
The IFITM3 gene is the one that increases influenza disease severity. It is more predominant among the Chinese people. Caucasians hardly have them, Mr Hui said.
This seemed to confirm an earlier study that said one factor the Chinese are susceptible to the H7N9 flu virus was because they have lower levels of an immune protective mechanism known as CD8+ T lymphocyte (CTL) immunity.
Dr Hui said that 70 per cent of Chinese patients who had experienced severe influenza infection had the IFITM3 susceptibility gene, which could explain the emergence or presence of infection clusters among family members.
"Because the risk genotype occurs with such a high frequency [in Chinese people], its effect translates to a large population-attributable risk of 54.3% for severe infection in the Chinese population studied compared with 5.4% in Northern Europeans," Dr Hui said.
On Tuesday, China reported two new deaths due to the H7N9 flu virus. The death tally has now reached a total of 25 since January, while the number of human infections has reached 113 cases. Zhejiang and Guangdong were the areas most affected.
The new H7N9 virus emerged only last spring.  http://au.ibtimes.com/articles/537199/20140204/china-research-h7n9-flu-virus.htm#.UvGjtfttaCk

CAMBODIA-First H5N1 case of 2014 reported

A 5-year-old boy has tested positive for avian influenza, making the toddler the first reported case this year, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization said yesterday.
The boy, from Kampong Thom province’s Stung Sen district, was confirmed positive for the H5N1 virus on Sunday, the statement said.
The boy is in a stable condition after being admitted to the Jayavarman VII Hospital in Siem Reap town.
A government investigation into the case revealed that 200 chickens had mysteriously died in the boy’s village in mid-January, after which his parents had prepared the expired birds to eat.
“I urge parents and guardians to keep children away from sick or dead poultry and prevent them from playing with chickens or ducks,” Minister of Health Mam Bunheng said in the statement.
At least 22 cases of bird flu were recorded in Cambodia last year, according to the Ministry of Health. http://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/first-h5n1-case-2014-reported

JX346

They isolated the virus and dubbed it A/Jiangxi-Donghu/346/2013(H10N8), or JX346 for short...

Genetic findings

The authors' genomic analysis of the virus showed that its hemagglutinin (H) protein was most closely related to that of a 2012 H10N3 duck isolate from Hunan province and that the neuraminidase (N) protein was most closely related to that of an H10N8 virus from a mallard in Korea.

All six of JX346's internal genes were closely related to those of H9N2 poultry viruses currently circulating in China, the authors found. But the internal genes were significantly different from those of previously reported H10 and N8 subtype viruses and were in different subclades from those of known H7N9 viruses.
Only two H10N8 viruses have been reported previously in China, one from a lake and the other from a poultry market, the report notes.

"H9N2 virus provided the internal genes not only for the H10N8 virus, but also for H7N9 and H5N1 viruses," the report says. "This relation should be studied further to understand the mechanism of how the internal genes of H9N2 virus transfer to viruses that infect people, and how the avian influenza virus transfers between species."
The authors say the findings suggest that JX346 might have originated from multiple reassortments between different avian flu viruses.

Senior author Yuelong Shu, PhD, of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention commented in a Lancet press release, "The H10 and H8 gene segments might have derived from different wild bird influenza viruses [that] reassorted to give rise to a hypothetical H10N8 virus in wild birds, which infected poultry and then reassorted with H9N2 viruses in poultry to give rise to the novel reassortant JX346 (H10N8) virus."
In other observations, the researchers say the patient's chronic medical conditions could have played a role in her death. But they found that the novel virus was "overwhelmingly dominant" in her tracheal specimens, which indicates that it was involved in her demise.

In addition, they found a mixture of glutamic acid and lysine at residue 627 in the virus's PB2 protein, a mutation that is associated with adaptation to, and can increase virulence in, mammals.
Further, the authors report that the novel virus preferentially binds avian-like alpha2,3-linked sialic acid receptors, which are "dominant in human lung tissue," suggesting a potential for the kind of lung damage found in human H5N1 infections....

Clinical and epidemiological characteristics of a fatal case of avian influenza A H10N8 virus infection: a descriptive study

The Lancet, Early Online Publication, 5 February 2014

Clinical and epidemiological characteristics of a fatal case of avian influenza A H10N8 virus infection: a descriptive study

Background

Human infections with different avian influenza viruses—eg, H5N1, H9N2, and H7N9—have raised concerns about pandemic potential worldwide. We report the first human infection with a novel reassortant avian influenza A H10N8 virus.

Methods

We obtained and analysed clinical, epidemiological, and virological data from a patient from Nanchang City, China. Tracheal aspirate specimens were tested for influenza virus and other possible pathogens by RT-PCR, viral culture, and sequence analyses. A maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree was constructed.

Findings

A woman aged 73 years presented with fever and was admitted to hospital on Nov 30, 2013. She developed multiple organ failure and died 9 days after illness onset.

A novel reassortant avian influenza A H10N8 virus was isolated from the tracheal aspirate specimen obtained from the patient 7 days after onset of illness.

Sequence analyses revealed that all the genes of the virus were of avian origin, with six internal genes from avian influenza A H9N2 viruses. The aminoacid motif GlnSerGly at residues 226—228 of the haemagglutinin protein indicated avian-like receptor binding preference. A mixture of glutamic acid and lysine at residue 627 in PB2 protein—which is associated with mammalian adaptation—was detected in the original tracheal aspirate samples.

The virus was sensitive to neuraminidase inhibitors. Sputum and blood cultures and deep sequencing analysis indicated no co-infection with bacteria or fungi. Epidemiological investigation established that the patient had visited a live poultry market 4 days before illness onset.

Interpretation

The novel reassortant H10N8 virus obtained is distinct from previously reported H10N8 viruses. The virus caused human infection and could have been associated with the death of a patient.

Bird Flu Case Appears In Bali

  Wednesday, February 5, 2014 | 7:50

[Denpasar] The case of bird flu or H5N1 virus occurred in Klungkung regency, Bali, precisely in the area of the Strait of Hamlet, Village Banjarangkan.

....Dozens of chickens had died suddenly in this area some time ago. In fact, a chicken owner, Ketut Ward (40) could dispose of dead chickens without using protection.

As a result, Ketut Ward has a fever, and eventually had to be taken to the general hospital center (Dr) Sanglah for allegedly contracted the bird flu virus.

"From rapid tests carried out by the department of Fisheries and marine farms (Diskanlut) Klungkung District, stated that the dead chickens infected with the bird flu virus positive. Monday Yesterday, we had lalukan tests with animal husbandry department, and the chicken was positive, but the person is still in test and treated at Sanglah Hospital since yesterday, because he had direct contact with poultry, "said the head of the health center I Banjarangkan, Dr. Ratna, while checking health of citizens, in Hamlet Strait, Tuesday (4/2). ...

According to him, before being taken to Sanglah, named Ketut Ward patient has been given the drug Tami flu. As percegah so we do not catch bird flu.

"Preliminary results were negative, and hopefully the second test is negative," he said.

He was admitted in the next ten days will continue doing health checks of local residents. Mainly people who are in a radius of 100 meters from susfect.

Each resident will be health checked, and if the pain will be directly referred to hospitals for further from administration of.

"In addition, the animal husbandry department will also continue spraying until it is completely safe," he added....http://translate.google.com/translat...i-bali%2F49023

WHO Update-Avian influenza A (H10N8)

Avian influenza A (H10N8)

Key facts

  • The WHO has been officially notified by the Chinese health authorities that avian influenza A (H10N8) has been detected in a single patient with severe pneumonia.
  • The patient is a 73-year old female from Jiangxi Province, China. She was hospitalized on November 30 and died on December 6.
  • This is the first ever report of H10N8 isolated from a patient.
  • The patient visited a live bird market four days before date of onset. She had many underlying medical conditions (immunocompromised).
  • The family members and other contacts had no symptoms and no other similar cases were detected in the area.
  • The fact that the virus was isolated from a patient and reported through active surveillance by the Chinese health authorities is a sign that the surveillance system is working well.
  • The specific source of the infection is unknown. As wild birds/poultry have been known to carry this virus, further sporadic cases may be detected.
  • While the investigation is ongoing, including contact tracing and enhanced surveillance, so far, there is no evidence of sick contacts or human-to-human transmission.
  • WHO is in contact with the national authorities and is following closely the event and will communicate important updates as they become available.

What we know
  • Although China has previously detected H10N8 in wild and domestic birds, this is the first ever report of H10N8 isolated from a patient. Given the potentially unpredictable behaviour of influenza viruses, vigilance and close monitoring is needed.
  • Outside of China, based on available literature, the virus had been detected in birds since 1965 in at least six countries (Italy, USA, Canada, South Korea, Sweden and Japan).
  • Human infections with influenza H10N7 subtype viruses have been previously reported from Egypt and Australia. All these patients presented with mild clinical signs and recovered.
  • The Chinese government is actively investigating this event and has heightened disease surveillance for early detection, prevention and control measures.
  • Given the increase in ILI and SARI surveillance, testing, and subtyping of influenza A positive specimens, especially in China, it is not unexpected to start to detect human infections with a variety of non-seasonal influenza subtypes.

WHO action
  • WHO is closely monitoring the situation and facilitating information sharing with Member States through the International Health Regulations.
  • WHO is collaborating with animal health colleagues to identify a possible animal source of the virus and assess the health risks.
  • WHO does not advise special screening at points of entry with regard to this event, nor does it recommend that any travel or trade restrictions be applied.

WHO’s public health advice
  • Avoid contact with sick or dead poultry. Keep children away from poultry.
  • Avoid touching any surfaces that may have been contaminated with poultry feces or blood.
  • Do not eat raw or undercooked poultry. Cook poultry to internal temperature of 70°C (until meat is not pink in the centre) and do not touch cooked meat with raw meat.
  • Clean cooking implements that have been in contact with raw meat before re-using.
  • Wash hands regularly, especially after handling poultry, while cooking and before eating.
  • Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
  • WHO does not recommend any specific measures be applied to travellers at this time.
  • Poultry, poultry products (eggs) and pork can be safely consumed provided they are properly cooked and properly handled during food preparation.

Bird flu: new strain claims first victim

Tests confirm a new strain of bird flu has killed a woman in China and at least one other person is believed to be infected

...Dr Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, said viruses that crossed the species barrier were always worrying because it was unlikely humans would have prior immunity.
He said: “We should be especially worried when those viruses show characteristics that suggest they have the capacity to replicate easily or to be virulent or resistant to drugs. This virus ticks several of these boxes and therefore is a cause for concern.”
But others said that with no evidence of the strain spreading from human to human, there was no cause for major alarm.

Dr Ben Neuman, a virologist at the University of Reading, said: “The patient will have had contact with tens or hundreds of friends, family, acquaintances and health care workers before the severity of the disease was apparent.
“As yet there are no reports that the virus has spread to anyone else. H10N8 fits the profile of an avian flu virus in that the disease is terrible, but the virus is not readily transmitted.” ...  http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/flu/10617978/Bird-flu-new-strain-claims-first-victim.html

Deadly New Bird Flu Strain Spawned by Virus Behind H5N1

The new bird flu that’s infected two people in China, killing one, was spawned by the same pathogen that produced two other deadly flu strains, a study found.
The new H10N8 strain, which hasn’t previously been reported in humans, contains six out of eight....
....H10N8 contains a mutation that helps it adapt to mammals, and may enable the virus to become more infectious, the researchers, led by Yuelong Shu at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, wrote.
“The pandemic potential of this novel virus should not be underestimated,” Shu and colleagues wrote. “Although we cannot predict whether an H10N8 epidemic will occur, our findings suggest that the virus is a potential threat to people.”
The dead woman had visited a live poultry market a few days before becoming unwell, though the virus wasn’t found in samples collected later from the market and the source of infection remains unknown, the researchers said...  http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-02-04/deadly-new-bird-flu-strain-spawned-by-virus-behind-h5n1.html

Scientists talk of 'pandemic potential' after first confirmed human death from new strain of bird flu

Elderly woman from south east China is the first casualty of a worrying new strain, called H10N8

Chinese scientists have said the “pandemic potential” of a new strain of bird flu “should not be underestimated” after the first known human infection resulted in the death of an elderly woman.
The new strain is a variant of a virus known as H10N8, which scientists believe may have originated in wild birds, and later spread to poultry.
The victim, a 73-year-old woman from Nanchang City in south-eastern China, was the first person confirmed to have been infected with the new type, and a second case has since been discovered, raising concerns that the virus has evolved so that it can transfer easily from birds to humans.
Its emergence coincides with a surge in the number of cases of another bird flu strain, H7N9, which is known to have infected 286 people since March last year, causing 60 deaths. The vast majority of cases have occurred in China, but Taiwan has also recorded two infections, and the virus is known to have spread to Hong Kong, which has seen four cases....
In their report of the death, published in The Lancet medical journal today, public health scientists in China said that it “further increases the importance of surveillance for pandemic preparedness and response”, adding that “the pandemic potential of this novel virus should not be underestimated".
However, Dr John McCauley, director of the World Health Organisation’s Collaborating Centre for Influenza, said that the “epidemiological significance” of the infection remained “unclear”.
“Previously we did not think that H7N9 infections might be so lethal,” he said, referring to fatal cases in China. “Now we also must consider H10N8 as well.”
“More human infections by avian H10N8 cannot be ruled out,” he said, adding that the virus did not cause serious di..  http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/scientists-talk-of-pandemic-potential-after-first-confirmed-human-death-from-new-strain-of-bird-flu-9107345.html

Veterinary services did not reach so far into foci infected with swine flu
"Health" to hide the true numbers of patients .. Health and revealing cases
Severe crisis erupted between the Medical Association and the Ministry of Health after the union accused the ministry of lying with respect to injury doctors infected with the flu and the death of four people, including.

And held the Medical Association, held a press conference Tuesday afternoon, the House of Wisdom to discuss the recurrence of deaths among doctors respiratory syndrome in the recent period where he has been advocating for each of the union and the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization and the Bootleg to attend the conference.
He denied Dr Khaled Samir board member of the Medical Association, what was said by the Ministry of Health said that the doctors who have died as a result of severe acute respiratory infection were suffering from other diseases.

He said on the sidelines of the press conference held today syndicate about recurrence and mortality doctors that the Ministry of Health has always practiced lying and irresponsible statements, pointing out that the officials of the ministry they exile daily on the pages of newspapers that are no any infection or virus infects patients from hospitals, this is not true.

He pointed out that the union had already warned by the ministry of the seriousness of this virus, but it did not do any steps, and was the result of this announcement today about the death of more than 24 cases as a result of this virus and injuring more than 100 people.

As for the number of HIV-infected doctors explained, "Samir" There are 9 cases among doctors were injured as a result of severe acute respiratory respiratory infections and 4 cases of them died.

It was announced that the union has demanded that the Ministry of Health set up a committee comprising experts and professors from the University of search and examination of the infected cases where the union by 50 000 university professor, but the ministry ignored this requirement.

The student ministry of the need to recognize that there is a problem and a virus that could kill many people, not just doctors.
The Ministry of Health and Population has announced today that the injury of 7 doctors only severe acute respiratory only two of them afflicted with influenza The rest of the doctors They were suffering from other diseases.

Current technical information as well as guidance related to avian influenza A(H7N9) can be found at the WHO web site:

Statements of the Ministry of Health

Statements of the Ministry of Health

Yesterday I listened to the interventions of the officials in the Ministry of Health about the swine flu or bird, the first agent Health eastern province, and the second for the ministry spokesperson, and, alas, each said information completely counter to the other.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Eastern Province, Dr. Essam Abdullah Amer, denied the rumors about the deaths or injuries virus «swine flu», asserting the invalidity of what was published on some websites about the death of 5 people of the province and injuring eight others. Amer said that the East is free from any injuries bird flu or swine since 2009, did not prove the results of the analysis, which was carried out in the central laboratory of the Ministry of Health and the presence of any injuries, and affirmed that the country in general from injuries swine flu or bird, and attributed the deaths, which reported names on the sites to the complications of multiple diseases, including kidney failure and liver and pre-eclampsia, and that some cases frequency swine flu is not unfounded, and that some of them infected with normal seasonal influenza information for all.
On the same day, a Sunday as I recall, said Dr. Ahmed Kamel, spokesman for the Ministry of Health for the channel «CBC» Contrary to what he said his colleague, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health eastern region, said: We already have the swine flu virus, was diagnosed about 166 cases in Egypt during the winter current, confirmed the death of 15 cases because of swine flu, and denied the existence of doctors including, also said he was closing the hospital teachers Benha pending a review of infection control procedures, and ended his statement by stressing that the ministry had sufficient quantities of Tamiflu wizard to swine influenza virus.
Of course, this contradiction put our hands on the lack of transparency in the Ministry of Health, and confirms that the ministry still managed logic and style of the pre-revolution on January 25, which is hiding information and lying to citizens, presumably with the virus, the seriousness of the swine flu or bird to hold Secretary of Health conference and Tsarah where people with all the information , and also supposed to lift the state of emergency in the country, and the announcement of how to prevent these viruses, and broadcast prevention methods in satellite television, radio and newspapers, the car, and send instructions to all hospitals and health centers and units how to deal with the virus, and how his diagnosis, and symptoms associated with the disease, should be the ordinary citizen knows everything about this disease in order not to be neglected and transmitted the infection from one person to another, as it should send a warning to schools, universities, factories, bodies, companies and ministries.
Supposed to know us as well as Madame Secretary Is the virus spread in Egypt swine flu or bird flu or types together?.
Correction: I think that the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Eastern province should be referred for investigation because he said false information and concealed information about a serious illness such as this, which helps to spread the disease and the death of many citizens.
